The best way to learn bar spins is get your self some gloves knee pads and shin guards. Second thing is if you can take an
Old bike frame put it together with everything but the wheels and chain wheel aka indoor bike"put the cranks on but not the chain wheel"
Anyway use carpet an old mattress anything trampoline that
You can hop up and down on with the indoor bike. Next
As you practice on the indoor bike you have to tell yourself
To commit no matter how your mind tells you your scared.
So practice bar spins for a while on the indoor bike until you
Can catch the bars and keep both feet on the pedals. Just remember to stay centered over the bike lean over the bars
Left foot foward throw with your left catch with right right
Foot foward throw with right catch with left criss crossing
Your arms as you throw and catch. Last when you finally
Get comfortable move on and do them on your bike. I hope
. This helped.

Oh yeah one more thing. When you bunny hop
Just dont throw the bars right away. Wait
Till you hit the peek of your hop right at
The moment before you level out then throw
The bars start out with low hop bars then
Move into doing them higher.

Its going to take a lot of practice. But play
Around with it till you get the leveling out
And throwing the bars timing down.

manual bars dont help, just chuck it, learn them flyout first and just do 90 bars first so its easier to bail out

Here's how I relearned bars, and I go into how to keep your body in the right place and how to keep your feet in the right spot to hang onto the bike in the air.
