So I want to move from my 8"75 bars to 9"25 ones but I have a question,does the stem size matter,i have a top load stem which size is 50mm,is it enough for some 9"25 bars?

50mm is the reach. You need to look at diameter of the clamping area. 22.2mm is industry standard, but a couple of brands released 25.4mm (1")

I'd assume your stem is 22.2mm. bars will be 22.2mm unless stated otherwise in the description

I just bought a pair and I used money. There may be other ways but I believe money is the most common method of buying handle bars
