Hello, I need help with my 180's flat.
I don't get it how people do high 180's! When i keep trying them i do like 1 foot ones .... and how do people do longer in the air 180's. When i try to do longer ones all i can do is pass where the front tire touched on the ground before doing them.
Can anyone help me out how to do them very clean and nice.
Thank you very much for reading this and helping me out wink

The 180 is directly related to the bunny hop. I'd say if you don't have a strong bunny hop, you're not going to be able to 180 very high. Just pull more straight up (don't worry as much about the rotation), tuck when you get to 90 degree's, then untuck as you finish the second 90 degree's of the spin. You can also stick your legs out a little to the side to help your bike complete the rotation. And obviously turning your head to spot your landing is one of the most important things. Your body and bike will always follow your head/where you look.
