You can't practice riding when not riding, but you can watch videos and do other exercises to keep in shape/get in better shape.

Soo, any exercises that will strengthen my wrists? My wrists are the only painful thing when riding... I'm waiting for someone to take the opportunity to make a dirty joke out of this but seriously my wrists do hurt after riding.
