Do a no footer then throw the bars by pulling the throwing hand toward you-letting go around the 4-5 oclock spot and not holding until roughly 7-8 oclock (if that makes sense) to avoid the bike from flopping side to side.
I first learned em back in 06 and that's what worked for me. Kyle has done some too, and his looked similar.
