I see these in videos alot and they look so sick. ive gotten alot better at manuels but i cant manuel for long and then 180. i just pull up then hop. any tips?

lean and start to turn into the 180, then do it just like a 180

Mannual 180's are difficult and take alot of practice to learn. The easiest way to get used to them is by leaning back and doing it without moving.

In a normal 180 to turn you use your head. With a mannual you have to hop and look over your shoulder, but use mostly your legs to turn.

yea thats what i was thinking cause i tried turning with my head and it doesnt work to good.
