I have a Sunday front hub but im thinking of replacing it with a Primo N4FL v2 but i was wondering if my old Sunday spokes and rim will fit on the new hub because the old one had a flange and the Primo is flangeless

Maybe, they might be a touch too short. There's only a couple of mm difference, so it is possible, but they'll probably be a few threads still showing on the spokes from not quite being in the nipple as far as it should be.
Personally, I'd build it and see how it is. But I enjoy building wheels and have a fair bit of experience.

If you get a shop to build it, they'll probably refuse to use your old spokes. Ask them how much spokes are before you get it done, chances are you can pick some up cheaper somewhere else
