No matter how hard i try to pinch the cranks and keep my legs straight, my bike flies forward, is this because im leaning too far back?

I had a similar problem when I was learning barspins to begin with, I found leaning forwards and looking at the front hub helped to keep the bike underneath me.

I wrote this post about how to barspin, you should check it out, it has loads of tips!

its a combination of leaning too far and not committing
prepare to fall a lot, it is s big part of learning bars, and it will happen a lot until you get them

Here's how I learned opposite bars, and I go into how to keep your body in the right place and how to keep your feet in the right spot to hang onto the bike in the air.
