Using arms too much and can't push forward during hop

Hey guys, newbie here. Well old fuk, but newbie to bmx I'm 45, and just started bmxing about a month ago. I seemed to get a little stuck with my hop. I don't know if it's a mental thing, but I seem to be using my arms too much pulling up, and can't get them forward enough to straighten out,and keep my body back over the wheel. I've seen many how tos, slow motion vids, but can't bring myself to stay back. Is there an exercise or something to work on? I'd really like to get a high hop, and feel like I'm hitting a wall. Try to manual in and manual out of the hop. This will force you to keep your weight back.

Start with low hops, worry about height after you get your body position correct.

Also, you're getting good height so far, keep it up!
