I just got a new united frame since my last frame (Amity of course) snapped in half at the top tube. I took out my old 19mm spanish bb bearings and tried to put them in... no luck fell straight through. I got my friends over and they said i will need a 22mm mid bearing set. I looked online and just thought even though it will fit the cup of my frame will my spindle fit? I got the same spindle as my Amity Judas Priest. Stock so same size as whatever amity says is on the bike. I also got an open bracket rubbish mafia spindle laying around. Can i use the one off of the amity or mafia when i order in this bb? I dont want to wait all that time and for it not to fit.
In short, does the inner diameter of bb bearing cups change depending on the kind, or do they stay the same?
