i have barspins almost everytime its just that everytime i land my cranks turn backwards half a rotation. how can i fix that. its a really annoying habit cause i start left foot forward and land right food foraward

thats pretty normal as you start doing them, i have the feeling you might be leaning too far back as you throw them and not pinching the seat enough, but i could be very wrong

when you throw them is your front foot a bit lower than the other , thats the only thing i can think off
