bit of help with a footjam tailwhip would be nice, flatland

I can get halfway around, I did once get 3/4rd of the way around but then I fell back some advice for getting it around faster would be nice

learn to kick the frame and put your balance foot right on the ground then get used to catching cranks/pedals and do it a lot. then once you got that start picking your foot off the ground earlier and earlier until you never have to put it on the ground. Also if your worried about shinners when the bike comes around put your balancing foot on your top tube then drop it to your pedals. It also helps if you have a tight chain and/ or bottom bracket so your cranks dont spin

When you get the bike to around half way, pull the bars in towards you, this should give you the last bit of rotation on the bike smile
