when i g turn i can get like a 160but then stop there when ever i try to turn my bars more i end up eating shit when i just need a little more turn then i can rollout

You talking about a front wheel 180 pivot (known as a Rock Walk) or a G-turn, where you roll backwards on your front wheel for a bit?
either way, go faster, spin harder.

i think you might be lifting the back end to high, try lifting a little lower
