handlebars alignement

Hi , i bought today a vocal local XL handlebars 8.75" i was riding an eastern 7.5" handlebars before. I want to know the best handlebars alignment to bunnyhop higher , i'm working for big perfect bunny hops . I don't know if aligning them with the forks is a good setup for hoping , i want your opinion and if u could a photo.

Technically, smaller bars will enable you to hop higher since you can pull them back further without hitting your chest than you can with bigger ones. Also, running your bars aligned with your forks is a good reference point to start. Just tweak them from there as you see necessary. As always, it's personal preference and what feels right to you.

I aligned them and slightly pushed them forward. it feels good i think. I don't know why but i can hop higher with this bars.

Good to hear you got them where they feel comfortable. Higher bars make it a little easier to pull up, where shorter bars take a little more effort and thats probably what you're noticing. Anyway, good luck man.

Yesterday i met one guy , i rode his bmx and when i'm going to push the handlebars like in my bmx , i almost backfliped. it's so fuck*ng lite! I couldn't imagine , i'm not an expert and i didn't saw his bars angle and i wish to know how it can be so easy to push. In mid air i felt that i had no bike . i can post a photo of my bike and i wish you guys could advice me.
