I`m new to the forum, because I have a problem with jumping doubles on a pumptrack/racetrack.
With dirt-jumps or step downs I have no problem. Buts when the takeoff is not very steep or flat I don`t know
what to do with my handlebars. I watched many bmx race videos and I noticed you have to straighten your legs.
Do you have to stay stiff, or just pull up your handlebar? It would be nice if someone could help me.

Answers your question really well.

Freestyle is the answer to everything --
a fresh way to approach a dull or a
dangerous thing.
to do a dull thing with style
is preferable to doing a dangerous thing
without it.
