i stopped doing crankflips a few months ago because of all the pedal bite i got ( back then i would land about 1 of every 5 trys )
and now im starting to re learn them but completely forgot the motion , my chain is a little loose and my cranks spin well but when i try my cranks go almost a quarter of the way . ive been searching youtube but cant find a better tutorial than just kick with your front foot . anyone got any tips that helped them ?
EDIT: i just want to do flat crank flips not hop

I just flick the crank arm with my back foot as I hop for mine

The way I do crankflips is I put more of my heel on my front pedal and keep my back foot regular, I kinda use my toes for the front to grip on the pedal and flick them back while I push with my back foot. Hope this helps!

I find them easier to do if I drop my back foot a little bit and dip my front foot toes. It will give you a little more leverage to kick it around
