how the hell do i get my brake mounts to stay without them loosing and when they do they instantly mess up my brakes and the springs dont work....... i need help!

if you want to keep them removable, get the blue loctite... but if you want em there for good, use red.

you tighten them with a 4mm allen wrench should fit inside the mount what frame do you have?
