in Brokenbmx's list he has the Birmingham park. unfortunately, it's a skateboard and rollerblade only, but the scooter kids somehow get in and don't get booted out. i've tried getting the bike in a few times, but the rich-bitch kids in that area complain and will throw their stuff at you, the mothers are assholes and use it like most of the public skateparks as a day-care drop off (like most of them and will yell at you when their mongoloid child runs into people's way), and the B-Ham 5-0 have an indoor gun/training range right on the backside of the parking lot and go by almost every 30-45 minuets. if you want to feel miserable and not enjoy riding, that's a wonderful place to go. only time you can get away with riding there is if you show up between 9:00am and 11:00am, because the cops are not going to the range. every once in awhile you can get a 1-2 hour session in between 9:00am and 11:00am.

solid street spot at 22 Mile Rd. and Van Dyke behind the Kroger's. bank to wall set up and a loading dock. the store manager is kind of a pussy there too, so you can ride, he tells you to leave, you sit for 5-minuets, he goes back inside, you start riding, and he'll occasionally glare at you and won't tell you to leave again. he never calls the cops from what i understand, but we all know that fun risk we take.

anyone still ride the Porno Banks in Rochester by RJ's Sports bar? pretty big Euro-gap at the bottom end of that steeply sloped parking lot too. i'd say a good 25ft. wide by 5ft. drop from this concrete slab you can speed right into down into the street just by eye-balling it. huge and ballsy as hell, but i don't know too many people who have the urge to jump it. one of these someone has to step up. i know it's doable.

and i totally agree with all the guys mentioning the UofM campus. everywhere you look there is something, and for all skill levels too. Oakland University has spots everywhere as well. there are a couple i know people do ride OU, but there are some hits in the most unlikely places on that campus as well. i should take pics of some of those spots.

i've been wanting to get into some trail riding, and moved out to Lake Orion about a year ago. heard rumors that the gully was plowed, but nobody confirms that. anyone in the dirt game have any knowledge of this rumor, or any other trails out that way? there has to be some, because if there isn't a small housing subdivision, there is the woods, and you gotta keep that stuff hidden or else the motocross and 4-wheeler jackasses out there wold destroy them.

This little spot is behind the Dairy Queen near 21 and Van Dyke. Also the Kroger is at 23 and Van Dyke. I never knew that was back there, I only live about 2 miles north my boy and I are gonna check it out.

In the hood. I used to love riding those... ten years ago.

I live and ride in Ann Arbor. I am revitalizing the dirt jumps on the North Side. I am available to ride many Saturday evenings, Sundays, Mondays, as well as Wednesday and Thursday evenings. I ride 20" and 24" dirt, track, and MTB trails. I'm almost always up for a mixed genre off-road ride--MTB trails (DTE, Olson, etc.), dirt jumps (Bandemer or the North Side), and/or a dirt track (Waterford, Lansing, Toledo, or Ridgefield). I welcome you to contact me to meet up and ride. Thank you.
