I've learned that eating better makes you feel better.
So for me lately it has been blended fruit with a little water for a smoothie. Makes me feel AWESOME.

Yeah i went on a bike road trip with a mate for a week and everymorning I would cook bacon and icecream over a fire.
Then have the same for dinner.
Before the trip i bought $120 worth of bacon hahahah
