it depends on what type you want to play. like if you play 80's speed metal. that shits really hard cause you gotta learn how to shred but if your into like all that greenday or blink 182 or stuff like that. its super easy

Start with easy barr chord stuff,and work your way up to harder things.If you know three chords,you can start a punk band.Oh and SG's rule.

i play an S101 ebs24 it's basically a strat with a humbucker i'm self taught i love ultimate-guitar but it's wrong so much oh and i also play bass i have a squier 70's vintage modified jazz

i used to play and its not that hard to learn i practiced for 20-30 minutes a day for 1 1/2 months and i could read and play music easily.
