Yeah I live in Soldotna. We have nice jumps because of me now. I hope other people post on here. I have pics of epic spots in anchorage.

the last photo I posted here was just before I moved from Alaska for a couple years. I came back to find that my set had been plowed. Wtf?! They had no right, we worked on them for two summers. Whatever,"grab some tools and quit whining" I told myself. Now the jumps have improved quite a bit.

this was my last visit to the trails last season. the onset of fall is very quick. everything you see is what I referred to in the last sentence of my last post.

This was a "race track" built by a local MTB enthusiast, and before that, it was an 8 pack (or two?) built by local shredders which "got too big for safety". The race track was a poorly executed plan, with good intentions but a complete lack of maintenance. We had a few one hitters that were super fun here and there before 2014, but I missed that Oregon flow that I was so lucky to grow up with. So I set off on my own accord, with Dreamland structures in mind. Bit by bit, we take chunks of the track and try to incorporate big jumps with the original track layout. Focusing on fluidity, high speeds, and getting your groove on, this spot will make your heart jump out of your chest.
