a Rebel T3i and also a good mic. I need a lot more battery life for sessions with my homie. I mostly film with it. Anyone have a good ones they use? I have seen a whole bunch online but they seem a little sketchy. Everyone says buy a Canon specific one..

Why don't u just buy extra batteries instead of a grip, and Rode make good mics.

rode video mic or video mic pro is what im seeing the most often
i wuuld go for a canon battery grip just because its guaranteed to not be a total pos
