All I can say is ditch that and get a real bike. If you are on a tight budget, Mongoose has a bike called the Mode 900. It has Chromoly everything, double wall rims, integrated headset, 25 9 gearing, and all the suff you want or need, all for $200ish dollars. The TT is 20.5 also so it should fit you pretty well.
