Do you use PayPal's invoice or money request option to sell something, and how does it work?
I want to buy a frame off someone, but I'm not sure how it works and I want to make sure first.

First check to see if they have refs to make sure their legit and when make sure they give you a tracking # when they do ship, even if they dont have refs but they have had an account for a while they'll probably be legit
If anything goes wrong PayPal lets you open claims against the person that scammed you and you can get your money back
