Does anyone know anything about the skatepark in downtown Durham? is there a rule against bikes or no

It say's it's not allowed i think but i've been there like 5 times and no one say's anything. Most of the time there isn't that much people either the people that owned it gave it to the city i think. If you ever think about going hmu and i'll try to go too!
