Airing Sunday, May 11, at 8:00pm and 11:00pm ET (5:00pm and 8:00pm Pacific Time), and re-airing several more times over the next month, FUEL TV will showcase “Firsthand: Alistair Whitton.”

This Firsthand with Alistair Whitton follows this U.K. transplant as he discusses why he rides BMX and how it has changed his life. Alistair is known throughout the pro community for his all-or-nothing attitude and fun-loving personality. Alistair takes us back to his early riding days in the U.K. before turning to traveling stunt shows, which provided a taste of his life to come. He discusses the impact Camp Woodward has had on his pro BMX career and its affect on his life away from riding.

Alistair then sets off for Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to pick up his MacNeil teammates and Vans Teammate Gary Young, giving them a tour of some of his favorite spots on the East Coast and in his home of Greenville, North Carolina.

In Greenville we encounter a handful of the "Pro-Town" locals such as Ryan Guettler. Alistiar exemplifies his thirst for fun as we take a day to enjoy some of his daily activities, hit local spots and ride motocross with pro BMX riders Dave Mirra and Stephen Lilly. All this is a well earned break from the stressful life of a pro rider before he once again heads out on the contest circuit to try and keep the dream alive.
