Supercross BMX would like to give a shout out to our two little buddies, Kevin Peraza and Larry Edgar. Both team riders will be attending the Salt Lake City Dew Tour Stop in September after their wins at two different Gatorade Free Flow Tour stops. Over here at Supercross BMX we are like a family, so seeing two good kids on our team become so successful makes all of us very very happy!
Da Compound Ramp Park held a Gatorade Free Flow Tour stop on the 12th of June, 2010. This was one of the unique stops because it was the first stop for dirt. 2009 Compound Gatorade Free Flow Park winner Larry Edgar had his mind set on strictly dirt this year. Lil Larry went out and laid down extremely solid runs with flowy style, big tricks, and unique hip lines. That combination got him 1st place and secured him a spot in Salt Lake City. Kevin also attended dirt and had extremely good runs with effortless looking big tricks that brought him a 3rd place finish. In the dirt stops, top 3 get a spot in Salt Lake City. So after it was all said and done, both Lil Larry and KP are packing their Supercross Passions up and heading to Salt Lake to flow some dirt.
The Mission Valley YMCA skate park just held a Gatorade Free Flow stop just this past weekend. Kevin Peraza made the trip from Tucson to San Diego hoping to ride a little park along with dirt in Salt Lake City. He did just that. After learning a few new big tricks and his “always having fun no matter what” attitude, KP took home a well-deserved 1st place. Kevin is now going to ride both dirt and park at the Salt Lake City Dew Tour stop in September.
Us over here at Supercross BMX are very excited for both Kevin and Larry and want to wish them the best!! Good job guys and kill it in Salt Lake!! We are proud of you!
