In skateboarding news, the 2007 Damn Am at Volcom showcased the top athletes gunning for the next level, leaving first-place winner Scott Decenzo, and second place finisher Chaz Ortiz qualifying for the semifinals at the next Tampa Am. Ryan Decenzo came in third.
Furthermore, in Berlin, Germany, many of the world’s top BMXers competed in the T-Mobile Extreme Playgrounds.  Winning the event was Alessandro Barbero followed by Tobias Wicke while Morgan Wade and Bjorn Mager tied for third.
