A test for those experiencing non-playback issues, I've got two test videos for you with different settings, I just need to know which of these play or fail:

Video seems to be in order of better and better runs...nyguist 540 barpsin 6' up to kris Fox 8' of no handed air to Larry Edgar who...well that ends that debate, doesn't it? (vids always plays fine win8.1, Surface pro 3, chrome latest)

Can anyone who still experiences no-play issues, or receives the fall-back screen with the direct link to the video please tell me what add-ons and extensions you have installed in any browsers where the video fails (just looking for any continuity in issues).

And view the javascript console (instructions on how to do so for the main browsers are listed below), once you are able to view the console, please refresh the page (console should stay open) and around 30 seconds or so after loading, you should see a line in the console that starts with 'User Debug:' - please copy and paste that line as a response here.

dude thats a great video. i dont know why but i keep having load problems on every video on vitalbmx player, i use a Mac, does anybody has the same problem as me? And shout out from Brazil homies.

I have a pc, and have the same problem. tried it at 720, and sd too. that made no difference.

Hi brunotatinibmx, sorry to hear you're having problems viewing the video. Can you let me know the details of the Mac you're using, and which browser. Details about your mac can be found by clicking on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your screen, and then selecting 'About this Mac'. In particular it would be helpful to know the Version name and number. Hopefully this information will help us provide a fix for you. Thanks.
